Homeopathy during Covid-19 pandemic

There are daily updates regarding the spreading of SARS-CoV-2. In all areas informations are collected and analysed. Also in the homeopathic world. The demand of patients seeking homeopathic treatment is increasing.
During the last week many interviews with several well known homeopathic doctors took place online, and the exchange and the network of mutual support is getting stronger. Like in other areas the sense of belonging to a community is growing during this crisis.

The following is a brief summary of what homeopathic doctors are advising on the basis of their cases and experiences, not my own advice (we all are faced with many new regulations and bans; one concerning Heilpraktiker is that they are not allowed to give any own advice regarding Covid-19/SARS-CoV-2).

Very important: don’t panic. Panic only weakens your immune system and makes you more susceptible for any virus. For people having the tendency to panic the following will hopefully be helpful:

Most people (80%) are ill but have no symptoms. A much smaller group is only having a mild progression and they are recovering on their own. Only a few are getting seriously ill, of which some recover without complications, and only a few reach a really critical progression of the disease.

All people who are having a mild progression of the disease need their constitutional remedy.
Only when there is a severe pathology, one of the following homeopathic remedies – those which up to now have been the most effective – are indicated: Bryonia, Sulphur, Phosphorus, Arsenicum album, Gelsemium, Lycopodium; Beryllium, Antimonium tartaricum, Lobelia purpurescens.
It is still too early to state a genius epidemicus. A genius epidemicus also changes during a pandemic, and it is different in each region (in India it seems to be Arsenicum, in China Gelsemium, while in Canada and France it is Bryonia, and in USA Sulphur).

Most important is that each case is treated individually also in a pandemic. Not everybody needs the same remedy!

Common Covid-19 symptoms are:
Pneumonia
Fever (not very high though)
Cough
Expectoration
Myalgia, exhaustion
Headache

Specific Covid-19 symptoms are:
No flu symptoms but diarrhoea and nausea
Dry cough with severe weakness
Oppression of the chest, difficult breathing and changing temperature
Loss of taste and smell

General advice:
Plenty of sleep, emotional and mental balance
Physical movements, exercises – depending on the condition (going for an one-hour walk or less, simple exercises – even if one has to stay in bed there are some exercises possible)
A vegan diet
Plenty Vitamin C
Never suppress fever!
Avoid as much as you can the use of WiFi (it has been found out that in regions of G5 and where there is a heavy use of WiFi more people are effected by this virus, and they are more severely ill) – if it is not in your power to cut down the radiation there is a technique to shield yourself, which I will post in another blog article soon.

There is a strong advice against a possible vaccination for SARS-CoV-2  (which likely will be put on the market far too early). There is still no safe and effective vaccination for the last SARS and MERS. It takes a minimum of one to one and a half years to produce a safe vaccination – if there will ever be a save one for SARS-CoV-2.

The 3-hour Webinar from André Saine from 28.3.2020 is freely available on his website (he explains it also for non-homeopaths). He also offers his nearly 200 page long paper in which he gives you detailed differentiations between the remedies applicable in this pandemic:

Paul Herscu is also writing updates. To read about his list of remedies one has to scroll on the left side down to his blog archive:
