Astro*Carto*Graphy® was created by Jim Lewis in the seventies. It is geographical astrology, which presents the planets on the world map and not in a wheel. With it one can see where and when the inherent potential of the birth chart can be realised, how in certain places of the earth parts of oneself – already integrated ones, still suppressed ones and projected ones – can be expressed.
The further one moves away from one’s birth place the more dramatic the changes can be. Therefore it is useful to consider moves and travels as a way to take decisions instead of moving house and travelling randomly. Astro*Carto*Graphy is an important aid in this because it provides the big overview as to what energies can be encountered in different parts of the world.
